A supportive course for women who are exhausted, and want to learn how to rest whilst
still achieving their goals.
This 6 week course helps women to explore what rest means to them, what gets in the way of this, and unpacks why guilt and rest are so intertwined for many women. The course is designed to support women to move towards a restful, joyous life, without sacrificing their goals or responsibilities.
This is a course for tired women.
Women who have generally done all the things they need to do. You’ve played by the rules (mostly). You’ve probably also got some good results. But you’re tired. You wake up every morning and keep going, keep doing what’s expected and getting through your list. But ultimately, you’re tired. The kind of tired you feel in your bones. The kind of tired that sleep doesn’t quite fix. Everybody around you is telling you to slow down. Rest. Take some time off/ look after yourself.
But how?
How is that even possible
How can I rest and still meet my goals?
Rest and continue to achieve?
How do I even rest? Are there rules for that? What process should I follow? How do I know I’m resting the right way?
This is a six-week course to explore the importance of rest, and the practicalities of how hard that actually is. We explore the science behind rest, the psychology behind why it’s hard, and work through the guilt and fear that often co-occur when we try to look after ourselves. This is supportive space, where we work together to find a way of resting that works for us (spoiler, this isn’t a tix box exercise or ‘one size fits’ all approach). We take time to explore what gets in the way of resting and support each other to navigate how we implement this into our lives in a sustainable and achievable way, that will last.
The course is aimed to be supportive and explorative, and lead to lasting change. We utilise psychological techniques to work through the difficulties of resting, and move into a state where rest, nurture, joy, and excitement can co-occur within your daily life and goals.
