A simple but powerful group creating space to deeply listen to ourselves.
This group offers women gentle, structured space to both speak and listen to other women who are experiencing mid-life transition. A way of connecting with ourselves and others however we are in this time. A way to believe ourselves and ground ourselves. No problem solving, no advice, just sharing what you want to be heard in the moment.
A supportive group for women who are exhausted, and want to learn how to rest whilst still achieving their goals.
This group supports women to explore what rest means to them, and what gets in the way of this. It unpacks why guilt and rest are so intertwined for many women. The group is designed to support women to move towards a restful, joyous life, without sacrificing their goals or responsibilities.
