Therapy
Our women's therapy offer focuses on helping you to bring back joy into your life. We support you through relationship difficulties, anxiety issues, low self esteem, lack of confidence, and struggles with work life balance. We want you to be able to remember what it is to enjoy the small things in life again. Alternatively, if you find yourself at a point of transition and would like space for focussed reflection and understanding, our experienced therapists are able to support you to find depth, clarity and meaning as you move forwards.
Our therapists all use Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and may also weave in elements of other therapies such as CBT, EMDR, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and CFT (Compassion Focussed Therapy) as needed.
Coaching
Our coaching offer can support you whether you are a professional woman, business woman or female entrepreneur. You may be in a senior leadership role or just starting out in your career wanting to stay one step ahead. You may be worried that you are on the verge of burnout, struggling with a loss of confidence and self-esteem or wrestling with imposter syndrome. We provide both safety and focus to dive deep into these difficulties and the clarity and compassion you need to make changes that are aligned with your values and desires.
Courses
Our groups and courses offer safe, supportive and welcoming spaces for women who would like to learn more about themselves. We share simple but powerful tools to support you to develop an increased capacity for joy and flourishing. We do this with warmth, respect and care.
Corporate
The Women’s Therapy Practice prides itself on being the only therapeutic practise in the UK that specialises in working with and supporting professional women. We provide talks and courses to businesses interested in supporting womens' thriving. We teach women who already know how to achieve, how to flourish whilst doing so.
