Feminist coaching will include misogyny mapping TM - your own personal map of how patriarchy shows up for you.  Based on your life, your experiences, your history....

Groups will offer safe containers to 'see the invisible' and understand together the impact that internalised misogyny has had on all of us. 

They will provide space for deep exploration, support and unfolding joy in each other as you witness together what can become possible.
